A Day of Insightful Workshops at XITE Gamharia
XITE Gamharia proudly hosted two transformative sessions today, aimed at empowering our students with essential skills and knowledge for personal and professional growth.
- Being Light, RTL Workshop.
Facilitated by Dipesh Agrawal, focused on the theme “Power of Thought and Cultivate Inner Strength.” The workshop covered: Developing a positive attitude; Practical exercises and interactive sessions; Real-life examples and case studies. The session was enriched by the presence of esteemed faculty members Prof. Akinchan Xaxa, Prof. Swati Singh and Prof. Nidhi Mishra, along with Ashish Singh, who all contributed to the workshop’s success.
- Introduction to Personal Financial Planning
The second session, “Introduction to Personal Financial Planning,” was organized by the Department of Commerce to celebrate Commerce Day. Resource person was Deepak Jha, who is the CFA; CEO & CAA, GIIS Financial and also Director of Beriom Reality Pvt. Ltd., provided comprehensive insights into: Capital Market, Bonds, Shares, Dividends, Commercial Papers, Treasury Bills, Fixed Deposits, Investments, SIP, Mutual Funds, Recurring Deposits, Equity, LIC and Portfolio Management.
The session was further supported by Prof. Sushmita Choudhary Sen, Prof. Anjali Jha, Prof. Raj Bansal and Ashish Singh, who were instrumental in facilitating this insightful event. Both events were a testament to the collective efforts led by Ashish Singh, Head of the Branding & Communication Department, under the guidance of Dr. Fr. Mukti Clarence, SJ, the Vice Principal of XITE Gamharia. Their strategic planning and dedication ensured the success of these workshops, providing students with valuable knowledge and skills.
