A webinar was held, where PetrSU students learned about the criteria for successful employment.
As part of the project activities, students of the Humanitarian Institute, studying in the direction of “Jurisprudence”, St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University held an online conference “How to choose an employer?” for students of Petrozavodsk State University.

Webinar participants learned:

what are the employers;
what to look for when evaluating companies / employers;
what legal subtleties exist in the field of labor legislation;
what work schedules exist;
how wages are calculated and what social guarantees exist;
how to avoid risks when applying for a job.
The webinar was held in a fascinating interactive format. Students solved cases, filled out a self-knowledge sheet. As a result, all participants received a checklist of questions to the employer.

The project expert was the graduate of PetrSU and the student association “TRUD.com”, the head of the corporate Training center of a construction company in St. Petersburg and career consultant Elena Lebedeva.

The event was organized by the PetrSU Career Center .

PetrSU students spoke positively about the benefits of such an event. The interactive format made it possible to better assimilate information.
