Adamas University marks their presence at the global forum of project partner universities
Kolkata : Adamas University, one of the best private universities in Eastern India was the only Indian project partner University which marked its presence along with other international universities in an online meeting organized by Bath Spa University. Top International universities like Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, Chernivtsi National University, Ukraine, University of Malawi, Zomba, University of Namibia, Windhoek, Sumy State University, Ukraine were also present in this meeting.
Prof. Sue Rigbi, Vice Chancellor of Bath Spa University said these meetings would create a bridge for all the partner universities and ensure future mobility of staff and professors in both direction. The project partner universities focus on set key objectives, like staff development, student’s employability and placements, globalization and quality assurance in all partner universities. They are also trying to achieve the maximum of this through these online meetings and conversations.
The speakers also highlighted the important issue of employability and placement of students of partner universities on global level. Bath Spa University shared their unique experiences in focused placements of graduates in schools in Africa, like Namibia, Senegal, Zambia and Ghana, and in research projects in Australia, Ethiopia, India, Namibia and UK, which partner universities can follow.
Prof Samit Ray, Chancellor Adamas University said, “Few days back we also partnered with leading global universities and again we are one of the project Universities in India for Bath Spa Universities. Our focus and objective is to not only to affiliate development at both national level and international level. We are grateful to all staffs and faculty members who are constantly working on building trust with international universities which am confident will benefit our students on their overall growth.
