As the CPO at Adda247, Vikas will lead its HR and Admin functions and will look to accelerate the company’s growth by transforming its work culture with an overreaching view to enhance Employee Experience. The strategic hiring is a part of the company’s long-term vision to establish itself as a Globally-Leading Edutech Platform and the Employer Of The Choice, for new-age professionals.
In his career span of two decades, Vikas has held leadership roles in Human Resources and Operations for some of the Top MNCs like Reliance, Wipro, SERCO and Fareportal, drafting and implementing policies to ensure effective employee management and better business results. Prior to his appointment as the CPO at Adda247, Vikas Gupta served as Director HR at Fareportal.com (World’s largest online travel company ranked in Fortune 500).

To achieve the best practices in human resources management, Vikas plans to digitize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and enrol Adda247 into the Good Place To Work (GPTW) program, which is the global authority on building high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures. By transforming the workplace culture in line with GPTW guidelines, Vikas plans to make Adda247 an ‘Employer-of-the-choice’ by March 2020. Under his leadership, Adda247 has already equipped itself with some of the world’s leading HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) tools to remain ahead of the competition.

Foregoing traditional annual appraisals, Adda247 will implement a Monthly PMS plan led the by HR team. Through this, the company and employees can keep a constant track of their Performance and identify key areas of Improvement.
Vikas and the HR team will also conduct monthly meetings with employees to garner their feedback and keep them motivated. Multiple Trainings and Development plans will also be deployed to reskill/upskill the talent pool at Adda247 and accelerate their career growth trajectories.
