ADDC Kishtwar reviews performance of RDD
KISHTWAR : Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Sham Lal today chaired a meeting of officers of Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj here in his office chamber and took a detailed review of the performance under MGNREGA, 14th FC, SBM, CD Panchayat, Area Development Fund (District Capex), PMAY-G,RGSA and B2V sectors.
Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Zakir Hussain Wani; Assistant Commissioner Development, Atul Dutt Sharma; District Panchayat Officer, Sunil Bhutyal, besides all BDOs, Xen Rew Parshotam Kumar, AEEs,AEs,JEs and Technical Assistants remained present in meeting.
During the meeting the block wise progress under MGNREGA,14th FC, SBM, CD panchayat, Area Development Fund (District Capex), PMAY-G,RGSA and B2V etc were reviewed by the chair and issued numerous directions to the concerned officers.
The chair was informed about the physical and financial achievements made under 14FC, B2V-3 works, SBM and other progress indicators.
Besides, threadbare discussion was also held on the issues pertaining to the DDC/BDC office accommodation and inauguration of Rural Haats etc. Reviewing the Area Development Plan, the ADDC directed XEn REW to start the tendering process of 1596 works for which estimates stands submitted out.
The Poor performance under PMAY-G of block Dachhan Marwah and Warwan was viewed seriously and the ACD was asked to seek explanation from concerned BDOs immediately.
The BDO Kishtwar and BDO Mughal Maidan were asked to keep the rural Haats ready for inauguration on 26th June 2022.
Further, the BDOs were directed to prepare the estimates for the construction of new Panchayat Ghars and renovation of existing ones, wherever required within seven days.
Regarding the SBM G) directions were given to the concerned to ensure the Geo tagging of IHHL units and further stressed for 100 percent expenditure under SBM-G within one week.
The BDOs were also asked to furnish the certificate of availability of land for construction of BDC/ DDC buildings in their respective blocks to the office of Assistant Commissioner Panchayat who shall further take up the matter with Director Panchayati Raj for further action.
