Aditya Malik, is a successful tech-entrepreneur, CEO and MD of Talentedge, one of the country’s leading new age, technology driven ISO: 9001-2008 certified interactive education companies. He is the face of Talentedge and helms a variety of functions like Senior Leadership, Product development and delivery, Sales and marketing, HR and technology, Regulatory and Government bodies, General expansion etc. Besides this, he is responsible for the company’s P&L account and is also accountable for all legal, financial, compliances and HR related matters. He also plays a key role in getting appropriate partner alliances and enterprise connects for Talentedge.
Aditya believes in the prowess of a strong workforce and hence has meticulously built the team infrastructure, on the basis of their core expertise and their determination to work with passion.
He holds an MBA from the University of Pune in addition to being a qualified Master Black Belt and Six Sigma certified. Apart from his present role at Talentedge, he also serves as the Senior Partner at Lumis Partners.Prior to this, he worked as the Head- Migrations and Quality at Bank of America Continuum Solutions and was promoted to the position of SVP, Head HR based on his exemplary work. He has also served as Assistant VP, GE Consumer Finance SBI cards, and VP Operations at GECIS.
The diversity of roles that his career spans across fields like sales, ops, risk management and HR, at the national and international level, has endowed him with a 360 degree experience. This has held him in good stead in his start up entrepreneurial journey. Talentedge is Aditya’s third venture after leaving a corporate job to join Lumis Partners. His strong process orientation skills thanks to his strategic knowledge of Six Sigma has further anchored him in handling the operations of Bank of America and GE SBI’s consumer finance segment’s establishment in India, before he went on to foster a new enterprise with Talentedge.
He plans to carve a niche place for Talentedge as India’s first online interactive education company. He wishes to achieve a phenomenal growth rate of 35% every year for the company by changing the way India learns while disrupting the category. He also wishes to double the consumer-college partnerships from 6 to 12, which will eventually lead to an increased consumer business. Besides this, he also envisages working with top 15 organisations across sectors like FMCG, Telecom, BSFI and IT.
Aditya is a Hindi movie-buff and loves to socialise and spare some time for travelling when not cracking new codes to expand the education ecosystem.
