Advance Auto Parts India signs MoU with two prestigious colleges – ‘Vardhman College Of Engineering’ and ‘VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology’ to contribute towards developing Hyderabad’s Talent Eco-System

  Global Capability Center of Advance Auto Parts,  a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider and a Fortune 500 company, in Hyderabad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with two prestigious universities in Hyderabad, including Vardhman College Of Engineering and VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology, to launch a comprehensive skills development program with the goal of bridging the talent availability gap between academia and industry and producing workforce-ready graduates.

The multi-year collaboration, which will begin in the second half of 2022, will include the development of a bespoke and innovative curriculum focused on innovative technologies, training programs, guest lectures among other things.

Talking about the association, Mr. Mahender Dubba, Managing Director at Advance Auto Parts India GCC (Global Capability Center) said, “The lack of talent in the IT (Information Technology) Engineering and digital skills is a challenge that must be overcome if full potential is to be realized. Our courses and training programs will offer real-time knowledge and practical programs featuring tailored business training modules, thereby giving student’s an opportunity to graduate with recognized tertiary qualifications and highly employable and in-demand credentials.
