‘Advance Hair Cuts and Styling’ workshop held in AMU

 

Aligarh: Over 140 students were meticulously trained in holistic grooming services with clinical and scientific approach during a two-day workshop on ‘Advance Hair Cuts and Styling’ organised by the Centre for Skill development and Career Planning, Women’s College, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in collaboration with the NS4 Academy, Aligarh.

The participants were provided with hands-on-training by experts from NS4 Academy, Javed Habib Salon and Loreal Professional in scientific methods of hair styling and cosmetic treatments such as simple trims, keratine treatments, shedding, straightening, herbal cosmetic procedures, beauty treatments, skin therapy, hair colouring and perming to make people look their stunning best.

Prof Naima Khatoon, who inaugurated the workshop with Mrs Sonia Verma from the Javed Habib Saloon and Mrs Richa Bansal, Manager, NS4 Academy said that this workshop is a platform for participants to learn from the best in their field.

Mrs Richa Bansal gave important tips and tricks of hair care and on various techniques of hair colouring.

Coordinator of the workshop, Dr Samreen Hasan Khan spoke on career options in hair and beauty industry.
