AIIMS Jammu Gains Valuable Insights from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s Address at Online Induction 4.0 for Institutes of National Importance

Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s profound address touched upon a range of vital topics, including stress management, relationships, and drug abuse. His wisdom resonated strongly with the attendees, including the students, faculty, and staff of AIIMS Jammu, who actively participated in the event. Students also meditated with Gurudev and acknowledged that regular practice of meditation will lead to a calm, balanced state of mind with which they can achieve their goals and can pave a way to success.
