Aligarh Muslim University Admission tests announced

Aligarh: The admission test dates of various Post Graduate, Under Graduate and Diploma courses at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), for the academic session 2020-21 have been announced taking into consideration the guidelines of UGC on admissions.

As per the revised schedule, the admission test for M. Sc, Biotechnology and MBA (Agribusiness) will take place on November 1, 2020. The admission test for BA (Hons) Foreign Languages will be held on November 2, for Diploma Courses through CET on November 4, for MCA on November 5, for Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, and BE (Evening) on November 8, for MBA Finance Management/MTTM on November 9, for MSW on November 10, for B Lib on November 11, for B Sc Agriculture on November 12, for MA Mass Communication on November 17, and for Pre-Tib (Arabic and Uloom-e-Sharqia-Paper I, Paper-II Urdu), and BUMS (Urdu Descriptive) on November 18.

According to the revised schedule, entrance test for MBA, MBA (International Business) and MBA (Islamic Banking and Finance) will be held on November 24.

The schedule for various departmental test courses has also been announced which can be accessed at www.amucontrollerexams.com.

Mr Mujib Ullah Zuberi (Controller of Examinations) advised the applicants to visit the website for latest announcements and changes. He said the admit cards for the departmental test courses will not be uploaded on the website and it will be issued one or two days before the test from the concerned application form handling offices. The venue of all the departmental tests will be Aligarh only, he added.

Meanwhile aspirants for admission to Kamil-e-Tib-o-Jarahat (BUMS)/Pre-Tib courses can now fill online admission forms on the website www.amucontrollerexams.com. The last date without a late fee is October 29, 2020 and with late fee is November 3, 2020.

According to the notification, corrections in particulars of Application form will be permissible on the website on November 4-5, 2020 only.
