Aligarh Muslim University advised all employees, their families, students residing in the campus premises to strictly maintain social distancing

 

Aligarh: Mr Abdul Hamid (IPS), Registrar, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has advised all AMU employees, their families and students residing in the campus premises to strictly maintain social distancing in line with the Government of India orders.

He has urged employees and their families and students to wear face masks, maintain personal hygiene by regularly washing hands with soap and disinfecting surfaces at work places and living areas.

Meanwhile, Prof Mujahid Beg, Dean, Students’ Welfare (DSW) has distributed 3868 masks to students residing in Abdullah Hall, Bibi Fatima Hall, Begum Azeezun Nisa Hall, Hadi Hasan Hall, Sarojni Naidu Hall, Sir Ziauddin Hall, Viqarul Mulk Hall, Aftab Hall, Begum Sultan Jahan Hall, Dr B R Ambedkar Hall, Indira Gandhi Hall, Nadeem Tarin Hall, Mohd Habib Hall, Mohsinul Mulk Hall, Ross Masood Hall, Sir Syed Hall (North), Sir Syed Hall (South) and Sir Shah Sulaiman Hall.
