Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is organising a three-day online fest

Aligarh : The Faculty of Science, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is organising a three-day online fest, where emerging career in science and higher study abroad will be discussed by the experts. The fest will be conducted from July 7-9, 2021.

The fest will feature a ‘Welcome Freshers’ segment where all the newly admitted students, who haven’t attended offline classes yet, will get to know about the legacy, culture and traditions of AMU. Students will also be able to learn about personality development for a better future.

Alumni of the university who are studying abroad will deliver lectures on the procedures and possibilities of studying abroad. Aspiring students are expected to benefit from it.

There will also be a workshop on Data Science with Python and Excel, where Associate Professor Mohd Yusuf Ansari and Dr. Vishal Shukla of Presidency University, Bangalore will help students hone their skills on these programs.

Mohd Khalid, outgoing Court Member of the Science faculty, is the convenor of the fest.

The fest will be inaugurated by AMU Vice-Chancellor Prof Tariq Mansoor, as chief guest, with the presidential address on July 7 at 10 AM.

Prof Qazi Mazhar Ali, Dean Faculty of Science, Prof Mohammad Mohibul Haque, Omar Saleem Peerzada, PRO AMU, Prof Aquil Ahmed, Saad Hameed, TPO AMU, Dr Mohammad Zain Khan, Seerin Ahmad and Altafur Rahaman will speak during the fest.
