Aligarh Muslim University: Applications invited to re-evaluation

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) students of the first, third and fifth semesters of BSc Agriculture (2019-20); fourth semester of BSc Agriculture (2018-19) and fifth semester of various BA/ BSc/ BCom non-CBCS exams (2019-20) have been invited to apply for re-evaluation of examination papers through the online mode on the university website, www.amucontrollerexams.com. October 7 is the last date for submitting the applications.

According to the Controller of Examinations notice, re-evaluation will not be permitted in more than one fourth of the total theory papers of the examinations and there will be no re-evaluation for practical exams, viva voce, field work, project work, periodic tests and sessionals. Students will have to make online non-refundable payments of Rs 300 for each paper and they are not required to submit the hardcopies of the payment details.

The notice categorically stated that corrections will not be allowed after the submission of the online fees. The applications for re-evaluations will be submitted along with declarations binding the students to accept the results of re-evaluation as final and barring them to challenge the results through legal complaints or appeals. The candidates will not be allowed to claim privileges deviating from existing rules.
