Aligarh Muslim University faculty chairs session and present papers in Australia

Aligarh: Dr Mohd Tariq, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) presented his views on research papers highlighting new topologies of Power Electronics Circuits and their optimal control for obtaining high efficiency in electrical power system while chairing a technical session on ‘Design and Control of Power Electronics Converters and its Application’ at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) sponsored 9th International Conference of Power and Energy System in Perth, Australia.

He also presented two research papers highlighting how one can obtain better efficiency by using different array combinations in Solar PV System and the control scheme of multi modular converter for efficient control and operation of high voltage DC transmission system.
