Aligarh Muslim University Girls’ School organized Various events held under G20

ALIGARH  : The Aligarh Muslim University Girls’ School organized several competitive events, including special morning assembly, intra-school essay writing competition, intra-school quiz competition and intra-school flag making competition, under the banner of G-20.

Addressing the special morning assembly, Dr. Irshad Khan highlighted the main features of the G20 presidency of India and said that under the Indian Presidency, the G20 summit in September 2023 will focus on the theme, ‘One Earth, One Family, one Future’. The theme affirms the value of human, animal, plant, and microorganisms and their interdependence on planet Earth.

The intra-school essay writing competition was held on “Sustainable Development Goals under G20” for the senior group while the junior group participants wrote essay on the “Importance of G-20 Summit for India”. Total 116 studnets participated in the event.
In the intra-school quiz competition, a total of 110 students participated.

The intra-school flag making competition was held in two groups. In the senior group, Madiha Imran, Fatima and Shifa Parveen won the first, second and third prizes respectively, while Yusra, Rizwa Rabbi and Nayla Fatima won the first, second and third prizes respectively in the junior group.
