Aligarh Muslim University : Nine students cleared JRF and NET

Aligarh : Eight students of Geology and one student of M Sc (Biotechnology) at the Interdisciplinary Biotechnology Unit, Aligarh Muslim University have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET).

Bushra Qazi (M Sc Biotechnology) has secured 29th rank in the CSIR National Eligibility Test (NET) Life Science Examination conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.

Prof Waseem Ahmad Siddiqui (Coordinator, IBU) congratulated her and said her achievement will inspire other students of the department.

Eight students of Department of Geology have qualified the UGC NET June 2020 examination, and four of them got the JRF.

Congratulating the successful students, Professor AH Ahmad (Chairman) informed that Mohd Shahrukh, Ghulam Nabi, Mohd Shawez and Sultan Azeem have cleared JRF, while Kumail Ahmad, Puneet Kumar Mishra, Mohd Siddique Akbar and Mohd Monis Malik have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET).

He said the success of the students is a testimony of their hard work and dedication of the faculty.
