Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor expresses grief over deaths of soldiers

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow over the deaths of Indian soldiers killed and condemned the unprovoked and dastardly violence unleashed by the Chinese army at Galwan valley in Ladakh.

“We salute their martyrdom and offer sincere condolences to the bereaved families of the brave soldiers and officers of the Indian Army. It is sad that our soldiers had to give up their lives in the line of duty,” he said.

“May the souls of our martyrs rest in peace and may their loved ones find strength at this difficult time,” said Prof Mansoor.
