Aligarh : The Aligarh Muslim University’s Department of Commerce has announced the eagerly awaited launch of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme under the self-finance mode. Geared towards empowering students with essential business administration skills, leadership acumen, and industry knowledge, the programme is set to shape dynamic and competent professionals for the global business arena. BBA programme aligned with the National Education Policy 2020 offers admission to 40 students annually and spans four years (eight semesters).

Its contemporary curriculum covers vital aspects of business management, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and human resources. With an emphasis on experiential learning and real-world application, students will engage in internships, projects, case studies, and industry interactions to thrive in today’s competitive business environment.

Prof Mohd Mohsin Khan, Finance Officer, AMU, highlighted the programme’s self-finance mode as a unique opportunity for students to invest in their education and future. He expressed confidence that the curriculum’s design would provide excellent value and significant returns on investment.

Prof Nasir Zamir Qureshi, Dean, Faculty of Commerce, appreciated programme’s launch, emphasizing its focus on nurturing business leaders who possess both academic excellence and practical skills coupled with ethical values.

Prof S M Imamul Haque, Chairman of the Department stated that the BBA programme will expand opportunities for students to access high-quality business education and contribute to the nation’s economic growth.

The last date for submitting online application form is August 14, 2023 without a late fee, and August 17, 2023 with a late fee of Rs. 300.
