All-Russian competition of educational web quests “Scientific Search”
The competition helps the organizers to identify creative, proactive and self-educated schoolchildren, students, teachers and teachers of secondary and higher educational institutions and to provide conditions for their development, as well as to summarize the best pedagogical experience in involving schoolchildren, students and teachers in the independent development of modern educational technologies and funds.
In the period from January 13 to May 11, the first stage of the competition took place: the creation of educational portals, the development of web quests, the presentation of materials by the contestants to the organizing committee of the competition.
From May 11 to May 20, the second stage of the competition took place on the basis of the Arzamas branch of the UNN, which included consideration and evaluation of the submitted works by an expert commission; determination of winners and nominees for each group of participants; summing up the results, awarding the winners and participants with diplomas, presenting certificates and letters of thanks to the leaders.
The competition was attended by 138 works from 225 participants from 24 regions of the Russian Federation. PetrSU was represented by students of the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology: Valentina Smirnova, Irina Chakkoeva, Anastasia Aseeva, Vasilisa Ignatieva, Valeria Kuleva, Veronika Pashkova, Anastasia Linkova, Angelina Badia, Anastasia Vlasova, Ulyana Geraasteva Sofia Ivanova under the guidance of Associate Professor Irina Vasilievna Komarova. Based on the results of the presented works, students were awarded with diplomas of prize-winners .
The educational web quest competition has been held since 2017 and from the very beginning it stepped over the all-Russian format and became open for international participation. For four years more than 425 works from 30 regions of Russia and 6 foreign countries were sent to the competition.
