Altair Engineering India join hands with DIYguru to offer upskilling programs in Design Engineering (CAD/CAE), AI, ML & Electric Vehicle Technology

Altair (Nasdaq: ALTR), a global technology company providing solutions in Electric Vehicle simulation, high-performance computing (HPC), and artificial intelligence (AI), announced its collaboration with DIYguru, an upskilling platform for future mobility headquartered in Delhi, India impanelled by AICTE & approved by ASDC, Govt. of India.
Under this partnership, Altair will be offering it’s full suite of softwares to DIYguru Electric Vehicle Students for Nanodegree & Master’s course in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Technology offered by DIYguru.

DIYguru has been in Electric Mobility space since 2017 and has been impanelled by AICTE, Govt. of India under NEAT scheme to offer it’s Electric vehicle upskilling course in Engineering Colleges across India. Recently the Nanodegree course in Electric Vehicle of DIYguru was approved by ASDC, Govt. of India to offer a six months module to professionals and students.

The DIYguru Master’s program in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Technology which is to be launched in the month of August 2021 will be carried out in partnership with Altair in more rigorous manner and keeping in view the product development life cycle of Electric Vehicle right from Fundamentals, Intermediate, Advanced EVx Technology, data analytics (AI/ML), math & system models, Concept Design to Detailed Engineering Simulations and Manufacturing Simulation of EVs will be offered in the master’s program.

Speaking of the new programme to be launched in partnership with Altair India, Avinash Singh, CEO-DIYguru said, “The new Master’s program has been designed with active participation of leading professionals from academia and industry. Moreover, DIYguru is already actively engaged and working with many industries on upskilling their employees in EVs. The students will get the opportunity to work with industries and will also be exposed to work on various simulation software and integration platforms.”
