In this global lockdown period, students and their parents are mainly worried about getting admission in reputed universities which can enhance the prospects of getting jobs in multinational companies and/or getting global placements and exposure. In this situation many organizations and experts are coming forward to help in removal of this dilemma from the mind of students and parents.
Today, Amity University, Greater Noida Campus has specially organized interactive online session on the topic ̏ Career Options & Future Prospects in Management, Engg & Allied Areas ̏ for aspirants of different Programs . Hundreds of students and their parents participated in this interactive webinar which was not only focused on giving details about each of the unique program but also answering all the queries which students face during this difficult time.
The session was led by Prof. (Dr) Gurinder Singh, Group Vice-Chancellor Amity Education Group with VP .Prof, Bhawna Kumar, AK Choudhary Dean Brig. H S Dhanny, and Prof. J S Jassi.
Prof. (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, in his address focused that the choice of a career or profession is one of the most important decision of anyone’s life .While going for higher education decision is to be made on the basis of realistic aspirations, We should not only focus on traditional courses but we should explore emerging areas with global exposure. Interest of an individual is also an important point while choosing career. He said Amity has created programs which you can start in India and finish at high ranked Global Universities. We have also implemented Education 4.0 in sync with Industry 4.0 demands. Briefing about the 3 Continent Programs, Prof. (Dr.) Singh added that this is a unique program designed to create global leaders. Campus has unique International Exposure through internship aboard, study abroad, research fellowship programs and active research oriented Centers of Excellence for best of global and practical exposure with hands on learning.
The webinar had an exclusive question-answer session in the end where the participants raised many important questions to the speakers which were answered clearly and precisely. Students were asking questions like which programs are in demand, what specialization is to be chosen, what certification course can be done in addition to Program etc.All questions were answered by area experts. Concept of foundation program was also explained to the students in detail.
Director Admission Brig HS Dhanny said that Amity University is constantly organizing webinars inviting Presidents, MDs, CEOs of top Global and Indian companies to encourage and enrich Amity students with their experiences.
