Activities Undertaken :
Day 1 :
Students arrived AUMP at 0830 Hrs and Students Registration was started at A Block. Total 400+ No of models were displayed by class 9thto 12thschool students. More than 50 schools participated in this exhibition. 1115 Hrs exhibition was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Vivek Narayan Shejwalka (Member of Parliament & Ex Mayor), Then he has taken a round of exhibition and motivated the participants. 1230 Hrs , He was felicities by Honorable VC Sir in PVC Sir’s office, and after having refreshment he left the campus. Mean while internal observers have shortlisted 50 model of each category. 1300 Hrs, Lunch and 1600 Hrs , Refreshment was provided by AUMP to all exhibitors . Exhibition was ended up at 1630 Hrs. All students left their exhibits in AUMP for final round. Dainik Bhaskar, Patrika , and Navbharat had done wonderful coverage and it was published on 22ndDecember 2019 in all MP edition.
Day 2 :
Students arrived AUMP at 0900 Hrs and Students had settled their exhibits at their previous place. Total no of count was 761 models today. Exhibition was started 1030 Hrs, and visitors were visiting the exhibition and interacting with students. Mean while the final assessment process was started by a panel of 8 experts from DRDO and Renowned Artist Prof. Dr. S.K. Shrivastava and they shortlisted 6 winners (3 winners of each category). 1300 Hrs, Lunch and 1515 hrs, Refreshment was provided by AUMP to all participants, principals and coordinators of various schools. 1500 Hrs , Dr. Tessy Thomas Arrived as chief guest with Commodore Patel as Guest of Honor. All the scientists and dignitaries took lunch in VIP Lunge. 1545 Hrs, All moved to Auditorium for valedictory and award ceremony. Initially, 30 Minutes performance was done by cultural team. Dr. Tessy Thomas, Commodore Patel and Dr. S.K. Shrivastava were felicitated by Honorable VC Sir, PVC Sir and Registrar. Dr. Tessy and Honorable VC Sir had addressed the students and principals of schools. 6 Winners were awarded by dignitaries and then group photography was done by ASCO department. 1800 Hrs Exhibition was ended with smile. Every students were given certificates of participation. Dainik Bhaskar, Patrika had done wonderful coverage and it was published on 23rd December 2019.
