Tata Steel recognised among India’s Best Workplaces: Large Organization, 2020
Mumbai: Tata Steel has been certified as a Great Place to Work organisation in India under the category of ‘Large Organizations’ with over 500 and less than 50,000 employees. The annual certification from the Great Place to Work® Institute recognises Tata Steel’s work towards building an organisation of High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™.

Earlier this month, Tata Steel rolled out a new HR policy that enables colleagues from the LGBTQ+ community to declare their partners (people of same-sex living like a married couple) and avail all HR benefits permissible under the Law.
