Training program for newly inducted Independent Directors in Boards of blue chip PSUs of India

Puducherry: Two day training was organised by Government of India at Puducherry to orient newly inducted Independent Directors in Boards of blue chip PSUs of India.
Dr Arun K Rath former Secretary HRD Govt of India and currently Dean & Prof International Management Institute New Delhi explained to them their crucial role . He advised them to maintain their independence and enable the companies to add value , so that India becomes an attractive destination for investment in manufacturing and service sectors.
