AMU Announces Summer Vacations

Aligarh : The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has announced summer vacation in the University including the Malappuram, Murshidabad and Kishanganj Centres from June 16, 2024 to July 30, 2024.

According to a University notification, the summer vacation for the Faculty of Medicine shall be observed in two slots from May 18, 2024 to June 23, 2024, for teaching staff (37 days – slot-I) and from June 25, 2024 to July 31, 2024 (37 days – slot-II). June 24 will be a common working day.

For the MBBS students, the summer vacation will be for 10 days from June 14 to June 23, 2024, whereas for BDS first year Batch 2023, second year batch 2022, and third year batch 2021, it will be observed from June 1 to June 20, 2024. The summer vacation for BDS final year batch 2020 has been declared from June 21 to June 30, 2024.

The students of B.Sc. Paramedical College will observe the summer vacation from June 21, to July 10, 2024.

The summer vacation for the students of B.Sc. Nursing (II, IV and V semesters) has been declared from June 27 to July 6, 2024.

The summer vacation for the Faculty of Unani Medicine shall be observed in two slots from June 3, 2024 to July 6, 2024, for teachers (33 days – slot-I) and from July 8, 2024 to August 9, 2024 (33 days – slot-II) for teachers. July 7 will be a common working day.

For the students of the Faculty of Unani Medicine, the summer vacation has been declared from June 3 to June 20, 2024.

According to the notification, the University schools shall observe the summer vacation from June 16, to July 15, 2024.
