AMU City School concludes Sports Week

Aligarh: Tufail House lifted the winner’s trophy, while Sir Syed House finished second in the Inter-house Sports Week concluded at the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) City School. Sir Syed House, Tufail House, Nehru House and Azad House participated in Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Football and Hockey tournaments.

Syed Tanveer Nabi (School Principal) presented the trophies to the winners. He also distributed certificates and medals to best players of all tournaments. Shabahat Asghar (Football), Sujud Ali (Volleyball), M Mairaj (Basket Ball) and Abdullah Altutmush (Cricket) bagged the best player prizes.

Sports teachers, Mr Irfan Ahmad and Mr Ashraf Khan read the Sports Week report, while Ms Anwar Sultana conducted the programme.
