AMU dental residents get the first prize
ALIGARH : Dr Najmus Sahar, a third-year resident of the Department of Periodontia and Community Dentistry, Dr Ziauddin Ahmad Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University, bearing the enrolment number, GD8977, won the first prize under the best scientific paper presentation category, along with another third-year resident of her department, bearing the same name Dr Najmus Sahar as the co-author.
Dr Sahar presented the paper, titled, “Interdisciplinary approach to manage mucosal fenestration-regenerating mucosa and restoring tooth integrity” at the 14th National Conference of Indian Society of Prosthodontics-Restorative-Periodontics (ISPRP) held at ITS Dental College, Ghaziabad that concluded on July 14 last.
Dr Sahar’s paper was appreciated for its scientific rigour, interdisciplinary approach, and practical relevance.
The faculty members of the department congratulated them on their achievement.
