AMU, Dept of Linguistics to organise two-day National Conference

Aligarh: The Department of Linguistics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will organise a two-day National Conference on ‘Pedagogy of Indian Languages’ beginning on March 14.

“Organised in collaboration with the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi and Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIL), Mysore, the conference will throw light on issues and challenges related to heritage language teaching,” said Prof M J Warsi, Chairman, Department of Linguistics.

He informed that AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Tariq Mansoor will preside over the inaugural function.
