AMU Faculty conferred with International Sadi Award

Aligarh: Dr Md Ehteshamuddin, Assistant Professor, Institute of Persian Research, AMU has been conferred with the prestigious International “Sadi Award” in order to promote Persian language & literature, given by the Government of Iranian Republic, in recognition of his scholarship in Persian.

He was awarded at a function organised by the Iran Culture House, Embassy of Iran, New Delhi in the presence of Ambassador of I.R. Iran Dr ErajIlahi, Mr JK Bajaj, Chairman, ICSSR, New Delhi and Shri Raj Kumar Anand, Social Welfare Minister, Delhi Government.
