AMU faculty delivers keynote address

Aligarh: Prof Seemin Hasan, Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) delineated narrative work of fiction, representation of characters, dialogues, setting, plot, climax, conflict, and resolution.

She was delivering the keynote address on ‘Significance of the Novel as a Literary Genre’ in the three-day international webinar on ‘Modern Arabic Novel: An Overview’ organised by the Centre of Arabic and African Studies, SLL and CS, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in collaboration with the International Organization of Creativity for Peace, London, and Academy of Excellence, India.

Prof Seemin shed light on how Novel shows a vast panorama to its readers to see the story through an age and how it is a strong tool to present various perspectives.
