AMU Faculty delivers online lecture

 

Aligarh : Prof Nawab Ali Khan, Chairman, Department of Commerce, AMU chaired an online session on Sustainable Economic Development at First International Conference on Economic Transformation and Sustainability organised by Modern College of Business and Science, Muscat.

Prof Khan remarked that sustainable economic development strategies call for cost-effective methods of promoting renewable energy, protecting the environment, and preventing harmful impacts from global warming.

Building a long-term sustainable economic development strategy is a complex undertaking. It requires strong and consistent leadership, bold vision and the appropriate level of resources. But if done well, it can lay the foundation for a new and higher level of prosperity , he stressed.

Prof Khan also delivered an online lecture for the Students of Banaras Hindu University on the topic Case Study Method. He was invited to deliver Lecture on Understanding Work Planning and its Management at Faculty Induction Program organised by UGC HRDC, Jamia Millia Islamia and Recent Trends in Business Education and Research in First Refresher Course in Commerce and Management organised by UGC, HRDC Deen Dayal Upadhayay (DDU) Gorakhpur.
