AMU Faculty delivers talk in International Conference

Aligarh: Prof Sheeba Hamid, Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University delivered an invited talk in the International Conference on Sustainable Tourism (Digital),recently at Kolkata, ICST 2020. The conference was organized digitally by Touriosity. The theme of the Panel Discussion was “Post-COVID global economic revival”.

Prof Sheeba Hamid emphasized on the impacts of COVID-19 on the tourism industry and expectations of the customers from the industry in the present scenario. She also focused on the contribution of social media and technology, playing an important role to redeem the effects of the COVID-19. She elucidated on remedial measures that can help the tourism industry to recover from the prevailing crises.
