AMU faculty honoured

ALIGARH  : Prof. Mohammad Rihan, Electrical Engineering Department, Aligarh Muslim University has been elected as Vice Chairman, Executive Committee, Delhi Network of Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK.

Prof Rihan said that the mission of IET is to inspire, inform and influence the global engineering community to engineer a better world. IET is based in the UK with its offices in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific and its Delhi Network is spread over the states of Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. It has recently completed 150 years of existence and has a global membership of over 160,000 scientists, technologists and engineers spread over about 153 countries.
