AMU faculty member delivers an invited talk
ALIGARH : Dr Musavvir Ali, Department of Mathematics, Aligarh Muslim University delivered an invited talk on “Fixed Point Solutions of Hamilton’s Geometric Flow and Application in General Relativity” at the International Conference on Differential Geometry and Relativity (ICDGR-2023) at SSJ University, Almora, Uttarakhand.
Dr Musavvir outlined the concept of geometric flow, their fixed points, and how they are used to determine the Poincare conjecture’s solution in his lecture. He highlighted the most recent advances in the study of the Ricci soliton and spacetime symmetries and highlighted the growth of the literature in the field.
He also discussed his most recent findings and how they could benefit young researchers working on manifold theory, geometrical analysis, differential geometry, and Einstein’s Theory of Relativity.
