AMU faculty member gets research grant of US$5K from OpenAI

ALIGARH  : Dr. Mohammad Nadeem, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Aligarh Muslim University has been awarded a research grant of 5000 USD by OpenAI Inc., USA, under its Researcher Access Programme, which supports innovative research projects around the globe.

Dr. Nadeem’s research focuses on “comparing task-specific intelligence with general-purpose Large Language Models (LLMs)”.

OpenAI, a renowned international organization known for its cutting-edge AI tools like ChatGPT, has acknowledged the potential impact of Dr. Nadeem’s research and the funding will enable him to utilize OpenAI’s advanced technologies and resources for his research project.

The faculty members and staff at the Department of Computer Science extended congratulations to Dr. Nadeem on his remarkable achievement.
