AMU faculty member presents a talk at Moradabad

ALIGARH  : Dr Shraddha Rathi, Dept of Prosthodontics and Implantology, Dr Z A Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University presented a talk on ‘Myths Versus Facts about Basal Implantology’ at the Indian Dental Association, Uttar Pradesh State Level C.D.E. at Moradabad.

In her talk, Dr Rathi cleared doubts about basal Implantology, an immediate oral rehabilitation with dental implants. She said that in Basal Implantology, a Switzerland based technology, patients with less jaw bones and with controlled diabetes can now be treated well within 3-5 days.

In case of few missing or even completely missing teeth, this technique has proven to be a boon as it is less time taking and surgically less traumatic, she added.

Dr Rathi motivated the young dentists to get skilled with advanced techniques and be updated with current developments in their fields.
