AMU Faculty Member Presents Paper

Aligarh : Dr. Faizan Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of Post Harvest Engineering & Technology, Aligarh Muslim University presented his research paper entitled “Nano-based biodegradable food packaging with antimicrobial activity” at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Karnataka, during the International Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology held recently.

Dr. Ahmad discussed the potential of corn starch films modified with Thymol essential oil and ZnO nanoparticles as a sustainable food packaging solution.
