AMU faculty member receives award

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Associate Professor from the Civil Engineering Section of the University Polytechnic, Mr Arshad Husain has been bestowed with the ‘Torch Bearer of Progress 2021 Award’ of the Vision Institute of Technology by Shri Jitin Prasad, Minister for Technical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

He received the honour for contributions to uplift technical education standards.

On the occasion, Mr Husain also participated in a panel discussion on ‘Global challenges for Educationists to tackle the problem of Climate Change’.
