AMU mourns the tragic death of Iran’s President

ALIGARH  : The Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor, Prof Naima Khatoon has expressed grief over the tragic death of Mr Ebrahim Raisi, President, Islamic Republic of Iran and its foreign minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and other officials in a helicopter crash.

She said, “My heart goes out to the members of his family and the people of Iran, and I pray to Allah for a higher place for him in Jannah and solace to his family and friends.”
