AMU P R Office observes ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’

Aligarh: Staff members of the Public Relations Office, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) observed the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ by plating tree saplings in the Administrative Office premises.

“Saplings were planted as a part of a university-wide tree-plantation drive organised to celebrate 75 years of Indian Independence,” said Omar S Peerzada, Public Relations Officer.

AMU departments, faculties, schools, centres and offices have been organising various online and offline events such as webinars, competitions, keynote lectures by experts and tree plantations to celebrate the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’.
