AMU professor delivers a talk at a conference

ALIGARH  : Prof. Subuhi Khan, Department of Mathematics, Aligarh Muslim University delivered a talk on “Umbral Methods, Generalized Bessel Functions and Applications” in the symposium on “Works of Ramanujan” organized during the 70th Annual Conference of Bharata Ganita Prisad on “Recent Advances in Mathematics and Applications” held at the Department of Mathematics and Astronomy, University of Lucknow.

She said that the Umbral approach is a useful tool in investigating the characteristics of special functions and getting new forms of integrals containing products of Bessel functions.

Prof. Khan also chaired a technical session.
