AMU professor presents a lecture at an international conference

ALIGARH : Prof Nawab Ali Khan, Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University delivered a lecture on “Digitalisation in HR” and also chaired a session at an international conference on “Resilience and Innovations in Commerce and Management” organized by the Department of Commerce, Quaide Milleth College, University of Madras, Chennai.

Prof Khan discussed various aspects of digital transformation within the realm of human resources and shed light on its implications, challenges and opportunities. He pointed out that in the digital age HR has emerged as a strategic driver of organizational success, leading the charge in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Prof Khan also chaired a technical session, facilitating discussions and fostering intellectual discourse.
