AMU Professor Speaks on NEP

Aligarh : Prof Nawab Ali Khan, Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University delivered a lecture for university and college teachers in a programme on the “National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and its impact on higher education institutions”, with a special focus on National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and NIRF rankings.

The programme was organized by the UGC-HRDC, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.

Prof. Khan delved into the various aspects of the National Education Policy, highlighting its key features. He described the changing landscape of Indian education and the importance of quality assessments and rankings in this context.

He also elaborated the role of assessment and accreditation in ensuring the quality and relevance of higher education institutions, as outlined in the NEP.
