AMU research scholar delivers oral presentation in Moscow

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) research scholar, Ms Umra Khan (Department of Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Engineering and Technology) delivered Oral Presentation during International Conference on Green Chemistry at the 7th International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) in Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology, Moscow, Russia.

She discussed causes and impacts of water pollution and thereafter removal of heavy metals from waste water using green synthesis of nanocomposite.

Over 400 delegates from China, Turkey, Japan, France, South Africa, Poland, Italy, Brazil, Belgium, Germany, Korea, India, Rusia and other countries attended the Union.

Ms Khan is perusing PhD under the supervision of Prof Rifaqat Ali Khan Rao.
