AMU Research Scholar Speaks at the Annual Women Economic Forum

Aligarh: Ms. Naseem Bano, Research Scholar, under the supervision of Prof. Sheeba Hamid, Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), joined the Global Edition of Annual Women Economic Forum (WEF) held at New Delhi, and spoke on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Explaining the importance of gender equality, she said women’s participation in public life and at the government level should increase, there should be more emphasis on women’s education, women should be able to have violence-free life and have the right to make decisions about their lives.

Prof. Mohd. Nasir Zamir, Dean Faculty of Commerce, and Prof. S. M. Imamul Haque, Chairman, Department of Commerce congratulated the research scholar for her endeavours.
