AMU researchers present paper on Biophilic design and corporate environment

 

ALIGARH : The faculty members from the Commerce Section of the Women’s College, Aligarh Muslim University, including Prof. Babu Bakhsh Mansuri, Dr. Badruzzama Siddiqui and his research scholar, Ms. Megha Yadav, attended 74th All India Commerce Conference of Indian Commerce Association on “One earth, One Family, One Future”, hosted by the Faculty of Commerce, University of Delhi.

They presented a research paper, “Do Biophilic Design Elements Impact Human Resource Productivity in a Corporate Environment?” upholding the notion that Biophilic design, rooted in the innate human connection to nature, has gained prominence as a strategic approach in corporate environments. It is characterized by integrating natural elements, such as greenery, natural light, and organic materials, seeking to create workspaces that provide natural environments.
