AMU scholar attends workshop and colloquium

Aligarh: Mr Momin Ali, a research scholar in the Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University, attended a two-day workshop on ‘Evolving Trends in Teaching Quality with Outcome Based Learning Tools’ organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College for Women, University of Delhi. The workshop discussed several aspects of teaching, learning and evaluation.

He also attended a one-day colloquium on ‘Linguistic Theory: Issues and Applications’ organized by the Centre for Linguistics, Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi in collaboration with the Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore. The colloquium focused on diverse aspects of languages including theoretical and practical contributions of linguists.

Mr Ali is pursuing PhD in English Language Teaching under the supervision of Professor Vibha Sharma.
