AMU teacher presents paper in China

ALIGARH  : Md Yasin, Assistant Professor of Chinese, Department of Foreign Languages, Aligarh Muslim University presented a paper on “Learning Lessons from Tagore to Improve India-China (Cultural) Relations” at an international conference on “A Hundred-Year Retrospective: Rabindranath Tagore’s Visit and the Unfolding of China-India Cultural Relations” organized by the Peking University, Beijing, China.

He was also felicitated at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he presented a special lecture on “China in UN Peace Operations: Domestic Debate and Developmental Peace”.

Prof. Nguyen Tang Nghi, Deputy Dean, Faculty of International Relations, welcomed Mr Yasin and appreciated the talk for its content and relevance.
