AMU to install Oxygen Generation Plant

Aligarh : In order to overcome the shortage of Oxygen supply and augment its production, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will set up an oxygen generation plant.

According to the Registrar of the university Mr Abdul Hamid IPS, the Vice Chancellor Professor Tariq Mansoor has sanctioned an amount of 1.41 crore and it will enable AMU to cater to the growing need of oxygen in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College. It will also help in refilling of oxygen cylinders .The process of installation of oxygen plant is expected to be completed in three to four weeks.
