AMU Vice Chancellor reconstituted Editorial board of Fikr o Nazar

Aligarh : The Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor has reconstituted the editorial board of the literary journal of the University, “Fikr-o-Nazar” with immediate effect, till further orders.

The editorial board consists of Professor Tariq Mansoor as Chairperson while other members include Professor Akhtar Haseeb, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Professor Abdur Raheem Kidwai, Director, UGC Human Resource Development Centre, Professor Abul Kalam Qasmi, former Dean, Faculty of Arts, Professor Zafar Ahmad Siddiqui, Department of Urdu, Professor Naima K Gulrez, Principal, Women’s College, Professor Mirza Mohd Sufiyan Beg, Principal, Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Professor Masood Anwar Alvi, Women’s College, Professor M Shafey Kidwai, Chairman, Department of Mass Communication, Professor S M Asad Ali Khursheed, Director, Institute of Persian Studies and Research and Professor Abdul Aleem, Department of Hindi.

The Vice Chancellor has also appointed Prof Ziaur Rahman Siddiqui (Department of Urdu), Dr Aftab Alam (Department of Urdu) and Dr Rafiuddin (Urdu Academy) as the Joint Editors of the journal on honorary basis while Dr Mohd Bakar Alam Siddiqui will continue to work as Assistant Editor.

Professor Mohammad Hashim is the Editor of the reputed journal.
